"Hello after having state farm through Neil for the last 3 years about. I can tell you if you wanna play phone tag. He's guy for you. The only time he answers the 1st time is if it's from corporate. Then oh lovely corporate I called 3 times and they told me i had insurance. Then even the secretary of states computer showed I did not. I found out my insurance had been "stuck" for almost 2 months I was charged for 2 vechiles I took off and the new vehicle I put on was never shown up. Then the cherry on top is I over paid the month before and they tell me they credited my account acting like it's for the mix up when it's my money. No compensation over their screw up and my inconvenience. Do not recommend."
